The first module focused on the technical writing wherein Dr. Adrian M. Tamayo from University of Mindanao gave the in-depth understanding and techniques of writing a proposal. Valuable topics such as the research process, elements of a research proposal, research proposal writing, searching for related literatures and writing references were discussed.
